Configure f5 big ip device:

1: fix ospfv3
2: fix load balancing for returning traffic to core routers side
3: configure ddos protection network, dns, http, sip for device, and object protections, bdos and so on
4: configure loggings, ip inteligence and so on
5: we have game servers on our network so need to think how to protect them too, they are based on UDP
6: prepare device for production usage
