– can we categorize and organize contacts
– we desire to upload all our buyers criteria and info as well as well as having the sellers contact/property info. We will then be able to populate properties based on key words that match the buyers criteria without the seller contact info populating.
– once we get a match, we need someone from our team to be able to send the properties that match the buyers criteria to the buyers by email or text. We need to be able to update their criteria or the buyer can update it. We need all of our buyers to be able to have our buyers implement their criteria into our database themselves via a questionnaire form or something like that.
– Team: once the match is there, the team goes to work. We want to be able to track our workflow from the match to closing and even after.
