Plugin extension for WordPress

After several attempts, I am looking for a team that keeps what it promises. I need PHP and MYSQL experts.
It’s about a rental plugin that needs to be expanded. The following tasks must be expanded:
• Invoice
Creation directly upon payment

• Filing accounting
• The invoices separated by location
• Sort by invoice no

• Monthly overview, best for printing out on one Papersheet, for all bills per
Location with grand total. The monthly overview created as a table, 3 columns –
Invoice number – date – sum, tag number if applicable. Total
Netto/Brutto. 10 years deposited.

• Bookings must be able to be canceled and deposited as a credit. These should also be editable
• Credit notes should be handled in the same way as invoices
