Pixel bot for Mac

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac. This has to be a very simple bit of code. If a pixel is a certain colour press keyboard value 1 otherwise keyboard value 2 etc. I want to be able to write my own pixelbot for a game. So I need to a basic small program written that I can further enhance it.
