pitnik social networking database backend needed

I bought a template and did not realize it had no functionality to it and wanted to see if I could get a backend / database built for a social networking site. here is a link to template I bought and want to make work

Note the pitnik theme I want to use is the classified template that I included previously. I own a program called Lara Classified and not sure if that could be the backend that drives it. here is a link to classified that I own a license for https://demo.laraclassifier.com/?d=US

Or there is OsClass https://osclass-classifieds.com/ that is an open source classified script that could be a backend for PitNik
