Piecework and Attendance

In short…

I need a app, or rather a method, to capture data from a phone via NFC to an Excel spreadsheet on Dropbox for example.

More info:

1. I want to capture employee attendance with NFC/RFID tags, so basically clock in and clock out time.

2. I want to capture piecework data, i.e. every fruit picker fills a bucket, scans their tag, the amount of scans scans is recorded for the day, and the picker is paid for the number of buckets picked.
