PHP WP Query – Rewrite Posts Queries for Classified Lisitng Website

Hello, I’m just a regular young enthusiast, who is trying to make a classified listing website in WordPress, where registered users will be able to publish ads of what they are offering. This is not an e-commerce website a.k.a. store, but more like classified advertising with ads. The ads can be promoted by the users in order to make them pop-out in front of the other ads, like make them show on first page in its category with labels like TOP and FEATURED. The theme that I’ve chose to work with doesn’t order the ads like I need to – first are the TOP ads, followed by the FEATURED, followed by the free ads in every category and location taxonomy.
The task: New wp queries or changed old ones in order to work.
