PHP system to connect with Virtuemart

We need to develop a system based on php and Mysql to extract data from a Joomla + Virtuemart 3 platform. It must be scalable and expandable with new functions.
Should have:
– Login / logout page
– Page to configure connection with database and table prefix
– Simple user management (name, username and password)
– List orders extracted from Virtuemart, with paging and sorting
– Page with details of each order
– Order selection to print shipping labels
– Shipping labels must be in the appropriate format to be printed on a thermal ticket printer (bixolon brand)
– Shipping labels must show the order’s shipping information
– If the experience is good, there are possibilities to add new functions in the future.
