php script and its mobile app function change needed

1. I have a PHP script, it’s classified, it don’t have an edit function from the admin and user side in order classified reedit by admin or user side…

2. System has map drag-drop location choose option, I want user can type their address and then address can pick this way, need to also change the logic there. Remember that script has its mobile app too which use its API need both side work without issue.

3. I am getting spam mails, I want to block them with captcha or some other way.
