php problem solution (wordpress)

The rooms are set for certain amount of people, there are rooms for 4, rooms for 3, rooms for 2 and 1. When there is a search for under 4 people. The results show appropriate rooms: for example: 1) when a search for 4 guests made, it lists 2 rooms which are for only 4 people. 2) when a search for 3 made, it lists rooms for 3 and rooms for 4 also. 3) When a search more than 4 is made, it can not list anything, so it suggests 4 options like: you can book 2 rooms, 1 room for 1 person and second room for 3 people.

This suggestion system is really good, except it suggests only 4 options.

I want 2 things: 1) Expand the suggestion options to at least 16. 2) Add this suggestion boxes under the list even if there are rooms to list.
