PHP based website redesign – Subscription Website needs to be redesigned

You must be highly recommended by previous clients. If you are highly dependable and reliable I will not contact you – I need to be able to speak with your USA referrals to make sure you are a legitimate.

Currently the Core PHP website is in PHP 5.6 and HTML. The redesign must be in PHP 7 and HTML5

All content is on the site and is a simple copy and paste – we need a more secure up to date site

Recaptcha needed on all scripts –

From the admin I need to be contact members individually or as a group. All functionality listed currently exists – again we need to deter rotten no good spammers with a better design and more secure website.

NO WORDPRESS – JOOMLA OR OTHERS – CUSTOM ONLY.

MUST BE MOBILE RESPONSIVE
