permanent SEO job. Part time.

This position is for SEO manager/executive who can lead a team.

I am looking for permanent and part time employee on hourly basis.
1: who will use freelancer + timedoctor at the same time for activity and hours tracking.
2: work daily on fixed time 2-3 hours every day.
3: have at least 5-6 years of experience.
4: work 6 days a week with a team or manage a team.
5: SEO agency will be rejected and back ground will be checked.
6: small test will be conducted.
7: fluent urdu/hindi speakers.
