Pattern of the Skirt for Latin Dance

I am looking for a fashion designer to make a pattern with 3D model, created with 3D CLO software, particularly, I need a pattern of a skirt for Latin Dance practices. I have some specific preferences, including a desired design, color, material, and length.
The fabrics is a 4-way stretching, well-draped thin jersey. The ankle-length on the right edge goes up to the hip creating asymmetric hem. It is lined with stretch mesh to create drape. On the picture of the back part there is drape on the top – from waist line down to the hip line, however, I don’t need it, I need just usual flat surface. The drape should be everywhere like on the pictures, except the top of the back part. It has gathering on the left side, the gathering should be adjustable. High waist, 3-4 cm elastic at waistband.
