Password Generator For DVR System

I need help from someone to make a password generator for a specific DVR brand. My company gets in customer returned DVR’s, and they have passwords on them. There is no default password. Only way to get a temporary password is to call the manufacturer. And I don’t have the time to call for 50+ units weekly. When I call the company, I give them a model number, device id, and date displayed on a monitor. From there they give me a temporary password that is only usable that day, and for that device only. I figured someone can make a program to generate the temporary password. I can provide examples of device id’s and dates that I was able to get a temporary password for. And you can figure out the algorithm that is being used. The temporary password is 6 digit numeral code.
