Want to file a claim at Small Claims Court in Honolulu.
Need help prepare documents to file a claim against my former tenant. Don’t know HOW MUCH to prepare in terms of printing out text messages I’ve had with my tenant, etc.
Want to prepare VERY CAREFULLY, close to PERFECT to teach him a lesson. He thinks I’m a helpless senior who’s ignorant so he can take advantage of me.
