Orangehrm role adding — 2

I have installed orangehrm on suddomain,

1. need to create new user role like almost same as admin except
A. admin menu
B. Time – Attendance – Configuration
C. Maintenance

2. need report modification
Time – Attendance – Empoyee record
modify date option with range from what date to what date

3. add social media authenticantion with Facebook Login
