Have your glasses ever fogged up while wearing a face mask? That is exactly what a FoggyWipe will stop.

We only started on the 13th of September 2020, but with our quick growth and big plans for 2021, we need a new member on our team.

The role is for full time and 100% remote working, Monday – Friday.

I am looking for someone:

Who loves being part of a small team wearing many different hats.
Who loves to think for themselves and is self-managing.
Speaks perfect English vocally and digitally messaging.
To communicate back and fourth with our fulfilment partner (logistics team).
Who can confidently keep track of stock levels and forecast for the future.
That is comfortable with managing the customer service team.
Who has experience with FaceBook social media moderation.
Who has experience with the Shopify platform (processing refunds etc).
Who has experience handling customer service emails.

Bonus:

Comfortable speaking to customers and taking orders over the phone.
