Online Content Assistant Wanted for Swedish Company – No Special Education or Experience Required

We’re seeking a dedicated freelancer to join our team as an Online Content Assistant. This role requires no special education or previous experience. All you need is a computer and a functioning internet connection.

Position Details:

Hours: 160 per month
Probationary Period: 6-month trial employment
Work Test: One-week work test for selected candidates
Starting Salary: $320 per month, increasing to $500 after six months, and $750 when able to work independently

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage local non-profit organizations with varying membership (5 to 100+ members)
Engagement with organizations varies from once a week to once a quarter/month
Clear routines and guidelines will be provided for all tasks, requiring no special training
Create and post content on Facebook/Instagram
Handle Instagram accounts and content
Work with ChatGPT for Swedish language content (support available)
Create and maintain simple WordPress sites
Basic graphic design and layout

Requirements:
A computer with a functioning internet connection
Independent and proactive attitude
Good communication skills
Flexibility in approach

Salary Structure:
Starting Salary: $320 per month
After 6 Months: $500 per month
Upon Independent Work Capability: $750 per month
