Node.js app development (DUBAI based dev)

I am looking for Dubai based developers, the reason for that is explained:
I have an home automation device https://homey.app/en-us/ (almost open source) which they allow developers create their own app within the device eco system, for making this to happen you have to have the home automation device (which i have) and the other device that you need it to work the home automation device (also i have it).

So to be clear, we have to meet and then try to write the code.
