node engineer

I am looking for an engineer capable of:
1- take the content of a .txt file of more than 6000 lines. (European, Arabic, Hebrew characters must be accepted)
2- transform the text into a json file
3- for each line create a png file with a specific size, in a specific position which will be determined by the user
4- choose a background that will be behind the pngs that we will automatically create

So we agree that each line of my json will become a png with a unique background.
