NLP-based app for finance

I am looking for someone to develop an NLP-based web application for finance.The app must have capabilities for analyzing SEC filings and generating text-based reports on a stock ticker. The ideal candidate should have experience using natural language processing and incorporating it into financial applications and have a good understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in finance. They should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of artificial intelligence and have a strong background in coding and development.
