NGO Website creation with panel

I’m looking for a web designer to create a website for my NGO that will enable volunteers to register and keep track of our events using an event calendar, as well as enabling registration to our cause. The website need to be completely accessible as it is for blind people and must have document repository. The website needs to be mobile-friendly and needs to have a classic design aesthetic.
