NFT-Minting

I need to create an NFT-minting, proof-of-concept dApp using the Polygon (MATIC) Layer 2 side chain.

Web3 application will need:
Google Sign-in
Mint NFTs
Show owned NFTs
Transfer Ownership of NFTs
Fetch meta data from an API and store in JSON IPFS

Hosting on Alchemy preferred, but open to suggestions.

Please respond with experience and approximate budget/time. This could turn into a larger project.
