New SOS Car Accident App

We would like to develop a new app in iOS and Android. We are looking at when two parties are involved in an accident to be able to share their details quickly. For instance when you register with the app you enter: Name, address, contact details, insurance name and details and we would like to generate a Q R Code which in an emergency the other person can scan the q r code from the other persons phone and relays the information into the new app on the other persons phone. Making it quicker to get the other persons details in an event of a car accident. A GEO locater would be needed to pin point the accident on a map and a few other pages would be needed and app icons and layout designs.
