new Perl Plugins for perl script website

I have a website that works with Perl script
The site uploads files to many hosting sites (1fichier.com, turbobit.net, mediafire.com)
I want the developer to make new plugins to add a new feature that allows torrent files to be downloaded and uploaded to the hosting site (1fichier.com, turbobit.net, mediafire.com)
