I am looking for a skilled professional to help with the decoration and furnishing of our new medical training center. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office spaces.

Intended Purpose: Medical Training Center

Square Footage: More than 2000 sq ft

Key Requirements:
– Ability to design and create a professional and inviting atmosphere suitable for a medical training center
– Knowledge of office furniture and decor options that promote productivity and comfort
– Experience in space planning and layout optimization to maximize the use of the available square footage
– Understanding of color schemes and lighting techniques to create a conducive learning environment
– Strong project management skills to ensure the fit-out is completed within the given timeframe

Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Interior design or architecture background with a focus on commercial spaces
– Previous experience in designing and furnishing training centers or similar office spaces
– Proficiency in using design software and tools to create 3D renderings and visualizations
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with our team and contractors
