Network Engineer with Skills in Proxy Chaining

Here is the use case of our project and we are looking for someone who can help us implement the solution:

-The client opens a web browser and enters the website URL they want to access.
-The web browser sends a request to the locally hosted server.
-Locally hosted server receives the request and forwards it to the remote server.
-Remote server receives the request and connects to the internet using a rotating IP address.
-Remote server sends the request to the website.
-The website responds to the request and returns the response to the Remote server.
-Remote server forwards the response to the locally hosted server.
-The locally hosted server receives the response and forwards it to the web browser.
-The web browser displays the website to the user.

The purpose of this solution is to allow our customers to use VPN services without knowing the exact location of the VPN server and help them not to be spotted by their ISP if they are using VPN or accessing the blocked sites using the ISP network.
