Needing a self promoter/social media expert for Telegram group

I am in need of a self promoter/social media expert for my Telegram group. The ideal candidate should have experience in increasing engagement and should be able to create content. The promotion should be done in English. Must be working for about two weeks of at least 30 post per week. Showing proof providing a spreadsheets (including, the link of the posting)(hours per day worked) using Microsoft word or Microsoft excel (your own spreadsheet is acceptable too). Must join telegram and added possibly as a admin. Must send me information from your spreadsheet to this platform or my email. Also, I want someone that can think outside the box making suggestions: like fam pages free or social media group pages to create engagements.
