Need Software that automatically imports Amazon Listings into my eBay Store

The software needs to be able to:

Import the pictures, title, description, and categories
Automatically update the price and stock of item if it changes/ goes out of stock
Multiply the current price by x amount in order to make a profit
Be able to import mass amounts of listings
Be able to find products that will sell
Disable words that are not allowed on the ebay platform
Not allow listings to be posted onto ebay unless they are in stock and have all the information
