Need SMS NOC support (familiar with kannel backend) — 3

I need on long term basis an sms NOC support.
The system inplace is kannel based. The syetem has an elaborate front end for any user.
I will need the person to set up customers and do routing and billing.
Ypu will also need to know hoew to monitor the system for any issues and in case some minor modifications on the modules are required, then you need to be able to undertake them.
This is not full time job so even if you are employed fulltime elsewhere you can still contact me.
Pay is $50 per week.
