Need Okta security setup expert

I’m setting up an application using amazon AppStream, and I need someone with experience in Okta.

I want to make sure end users can’t easily share logins – so multi factor authentication of course.

And possibly limiting access by IP, or even setting up VPN connections to customers for the AppStream.
