Need help with Pim on-Prem Azure AD to AD solution

Dear Freelancer,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you because I am in need of some assistance in setting up a privileged identity management (PIM) solution on-premises using Azure Active Directory as the source, with the ability for on-premises users to gain access to a (local) AD group after PIM makes the eligible.
I was thinking of using group writeback.
Maybe you have another idea?
