Need help with Photoshop

I need someone who has Photoshop CC or someone who has Photoshop version where one can apply liquify on smart object.
I will give you 2 PSD files through google drive link.
This is urgent and I want it in an hour once I award you the project.
This task will not take more than 30-40 for both the files.

Check the link below for how to use liquify on smart object.
You have to use it in a same way shown in this video.

Once job is done you have to send PSD file back, I will check and if everything is perfect then definitely you will get 5 star.
