Need help to remove all the the sharing of a file from NextCloud via API call

Need help to remove all the sharing of a file from NextCloud via API call from a c# winform application.
Suppose a file name “Myfile.jpg” and has been shared with four users of Photography Group. Before sharing with the Fifth user all previous shares will be deleted.
