Need exact guide line to run arduino project

I’m looking to set up an Arduino project and need some assistance getting it going. I’m working on a Windows platform, using an Arduino Uno model, and have all the necessary components and hardware that I need. I’m hoping to find someone who can provide me with an exact guide line so I can get started on my project. Ideally, this person would have experience with Arduino, be knowledgeable in coding, and have excellent troubleshooting
