Need code Igniter full stack developer to work on part time basis

I am looking for a skilled and experienced code Igniter full stack developer to work on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be able to handle both backend and frontend development tasks.

Requirements:
– Should be available to work 4 hours per day 5 days a week. 8AM to 12 PM is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of code Igniter 4 framework
– Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap 4 knowledge is preferred
– Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience with database management systems such as MySQL
– Ability to work with existing code snippets and make necessary modifications
– Attention to detail and ability to follow project requirements
– Please bid only 3$ or less

The project will involve both creating new features from scratch and making modifications to existing code snippets. The developer will need to work closely with me to understand the project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Although I have an idea of the timeline for the project, I am open to discussing and finalizing it with the developer.
