Need attorney to write demand letter

My business has over $230,000 unjustly held by PayPal. This is money necessary for business upkeep & taxes. Needed is someone (preferably with PayPal experience) to do research on the best angle, then draft & send a demand letter to them for at least 75% of those funds to be released.
