Need an expert at WooCommerce to show me how to add GLOBAL PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES in bulk

Please Help. Not looking to pay more than $20. I only need information. I WILL DO THE WORK MYSELF!

I am looking for a way to add GLOBAL PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES to WooCoomerce using a plugin and a spreadsheet. I know there is a way to do this using CSV files but can’t find the best plugin and also need to know the CSV format or need a template to show me how to set the spreadsheet file up.

I am NOT asking how to ADD PRODUCTS in bulk! I need to know how to add to GLOBAL ATTRIBUTES that can be used by any product, new or old, in bulk. I DO NOT NEED YOU TO DO THE WORK, I WILL DO THE WORK, I JUST NEED THE INFO.
