Need a writer to develop a training manual/Course on “Research Project Planning and Management”

The training course would focus on Natural Science Research Project (Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries) and it would have five parts (Introduction, Strategic research planning for the research project, Manager research project, Performance and Control of the research project, and Recommendation/Conclusion). Every part has a few modules. Should be around 5000-8000 words. Please mention “M&E” in your cover letter, otherwise, your proposal would be discarded. Only experienced persons would qualify for this job, please submit your previous work on Project design/ planning/management.
Would prefer native speakers and/or freelancers in the Philippines.
The timeframe is flexible, about one month.
