Need a preloader in WordPress

Hello

I have made a Lottie animation and exported it as a .json. It weighs 30 MB (Containing .png animation).
Currently it is set up to work in Elementor PRO. (I also have Oxygen Builder if that is better.)

What i want is the animation to work when activated on scroll. I would like the scroll to be fixed, so the Lottie animation is staying at the same position, but the animation is carried out by the scroll. There is 2 problems:

1) I can’t seem to make the scroll ‘deep’ enough, so the animation is not finished when the scrollbar reaches the bottom.

2) The animation is not loaded in full with the preloader, so the .png-frames is flickering and not working smoothly when the animation is activated by the scroll.

What i want is;
1) the animation to be 100% done when the scrollbar reaches the bottom. (The animation is 140 frames.)
2) A preload function that actually works, so the scroll and animation will not show and be ready untill the content / animation is fully loaded, so when people scroll it will run smoothly.
