Need a POS / stock software

Hello everyone,

We are a company and have to create a stock for the products. For this, we need a Point of Sale and Stock management software. The software must be able to do following things:

– Able to manage stock
– Able to bill customers.
– Able to import stock from .xls or possible format.
– Able to do customize the bill print.
and other things which POS software has.

– Currently we have two branches and it is good, if we can somehow have a software which links two shops.

In the bid, please name the software and few of the specs which this software possibly can have. If it is your custom created software, please provide the specs.
The freelancer will be hired to do the installation process and setup process.
