Need a new logo design

Recently, my law firm has been attempting to set up a new website and is in need of a new custom logo design for it.

Our idea for the design would be an image of Lady Justice (the blindfolded figure with a sword in one hand and scales in the other) to have her sword stabbed in the ground next to her while holding some type of alcoholic beverage with her free hand instead (could be a pint, martini glass, wine glass, etc.). The image should be relatively simple while also displaying our general company identity (i.e. somewhat fun and relaxed, yet still serious). Two photos will be added below to help with the general art style i want for the image.

In addition, the image will need to be encased by a border, with the company name (Solo & Boutique Bar Association) surrounding it.
