Need a letter written by a licensed Idaho Attorney.

I need a licensed Idaho attorney to review a situation between myself and a property manager of a private Idaho home that was for lease. I will provide all documentation. There are about 30-60 minutes of email correspondences and a background summary to be read. I then need a very strongly worded letter written to the property manager and homeowner explaining that I was promised a written lease and if one is not provided in xx days we will file a lawsuit against the property manager and homeowner for failure to deliver the written lease as promised. I have also drafted this letter which could be used or modified by the attorney chosen to take on this project.
