need a android app fore data wiping and nfc contacts transfer using encryption

The project is to create a generic app, name is not important, that would pick up and save the custom profile link in the app database. When requested it needs to be able to encrypt using a internal key and write it to the nfc tag or a card. On the other end is needed to read the card, decrypt with same key and automaticaly put these links to apps. Only 2 apps are used and the nfc cards would be the contact transfer method. Next function would be the phone complete wipe even with system format after number of wrong password inputs from the lock screen. All the phones is rooted and with twrp on them so it is a simple command i think. Twrp can stay on a phone.
