My PHP developed website was migrated to a new server and stopped loading

I have a working php developed website ediarosms.com/sms , which has just been recently migrated.

1. I migrated to a new hosting server, it stopped loading fully , please help me check and fix.

2. We have multiple sms gateways integrated, but when sms are sent, it doesn’t get delivered to the receipient through our selected sms gateway which are integrated via api, please check to investigate.

3. We want to integrate additional sms gateway by SIM hosting on, find out more at https://smartsmssolutions.com/products/messaging/sim-hosting their api is available at https://developer.smartsmssolutions.com/ . This service is more expensive soshould have its additional higher pricing than others we have integrated presently.
