Multiple all round web developers needed for long term web project

Work remotely on one of our projects on an hourly basis using team viewer (v14) to log into one of our development systems where development is done.

No local (off site) development possible/allowed.
Requirements and specifics:
* High speed and stable internet for trouble free connection with our office.
* Working microphone.
* Work is done on one of our development systems via teamviewer remote control. Source code never leaves our office.
* Ability to write and speak correct English that is intelligible for Europeans.
* Meetings are done via teamviewer only.
* Work hours: between 09:00 and 17:00 CET. Mon -Fri (you can decide how much (0 – 8 hrs) per day)
* Minimum work hours / week: 24. There is no maximum so you can work as much as you want.
* Hourly rate <= $8/h
* Project duration is open ended and long term.
* You need to have demonstrable experience with:
– javascript (we don't do jquery or anything else. just plain js)
– html 5
– Service Workers, Local storage techniques and all else related to PWA's
– google maps js api (and maps in general)
– asp.net web api (generic handlers)
– C#
– SQL

– T-SQL
– websockets

Developer monitoring and non disclosure agreement:
Each development system has specialized commercial monitoring software that tracks and records all developer actions.
The tracker also will signal when a breach of confidentiality is detected (e.g. trying to copy/paste code to your local computer, email code, visiting prohibited websites, etc)
Such breaches are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the contract and will void any outstanding invoices.
A confidentiality agreement will be used where will be stated what are considered breaches of confidentiality. For that we will need a copy of your passport and proof of registered address.

Invoicing and payment term:
We will prefill the escrow account of this site each week with a predetermined amount based on your expected weekly hours.
We work with a weekly invoicing period and a 2 weeks payment term. This means you can create an invoice for the hours worked each week and 2 weeks later we will release the funds.
The hours you can invoice will be determined by the amount of active time on the development system. We will use the tracking software to determine that.

As per contract you will forfeit payment of outstanding invoices if your break confidentiality by breaching or otherwise.

Resignation notice period:
In the first week you can stop working with us at any time so you have time to see if you like it or not. After that a resignation notice period of 2 weeks apply.
In the first week we can terminate the contract at anytime. After that a notice period of 1 week applies.
