MS SQL Server and IIS Experts to check performance issues

Hi,
we are looking for MS SQL Server Standard and IIS (Web Server) experts who can work with us to improve the performance of these servers.

Currently , we are facing issues with respect to Memory and CPU very high utilization/consumption and it is causing web applicaiton to perform very slow and we have to restart after few hours.

Please we are looking for experts who has very deep and good knowledge on MS SQL and IIS eb Server.
This is live server so there is no room to try anyting (hit and trail methods). You need to be the expert to know where to look and how to optimize.
