Editing and Improvement of a Non-Profit Monitoring and Evaluation Plan – 2 pages

I am looking for a skilled editor who can help me improve my in-progress Monitoring and Evaluation plan for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with non-profits and should be able to provide clear and concise feedback on how to improve the document.

Specifically, I need help with both overall improvement and editing of specific sections of the plan. The editor should be able to identify areas that need improvement and suggest ways to make the plan more impactful and relevant to our organization’s needs.
