Monaco Editor fully implemented in Blazor Server and Blazor WASM

There is no official support for Monaco Editor and Blazor Server and WASM.

I need Monaco Editor + Omnisharp implemented for blazor.

There are some open source libraries but they have some bugs or they were abandoned.
