Modify PCBA design and size. Have schematic and BOM.

I am looking for a freelancer who can modify the layout and circuit of my PCBA design and change the PCB size. The current schematic and BOM are available. The ideal candidate for the job should have experience in electrical engineering and PCB design and layout. PCB approximately 3cm x 4cm. 50 components.

The project requirements are as follows:
– Modify the layout of the current PCBA design
– Ensure that the new design fits within the new size limitation.
– Use the existing schematic and BOM
– Provide the modified design files in a format that can be used for manufacturing
– Add Lipo battery charging circuit

Skills and experience required:
– Electrical engineering especially BLE and power circuits
– Proficiency in PCB design and layout
– Familiarity with EDA tools such as Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, or OrCAD
– Experience in designing small form-factor PCBAs
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM)
– C++ coding for Nordic MCUs a plus
